At Born for Greatness, we believe that true strength is found in how we treat those around us. This community is a forge for growth, and to ensure everyone can sharpen their character without fear of toxicity, we uphold the following code of conduct:
- Radical Respect
We challenge ideas, not people. There is no room for bullying, hate speech, or belittling others. Whether you agree with a peer or not, your communication must be rooted in respect for their humanity and their journey.
- Ownership & Accountability
A leader takes responsibility for his actions and his words. If you make a mistake or cause friction, own it. We value the “roaring courage” it takes to admit fault and make things right.
- Iron Sharpens Iron
Our goal is elevation. Provide feedback that is constructive and honest. We encourage “tough love” when it’s aimed at helping a brother grow, but we have zero tolerance for tearing others down to feel superior.
- Integrity of Speech
Speak with conviction and truth. Avoid spreading misinformation, engaging in gossip, or using our platform to manipulate others. Your word is your bond; keep it.
- Confidentiality & Trust
Growth requires vulnerability. What is shared in our private forums or coaching sessions stays there. Breaking the trust of the brotherhood by “leaking” personal stories is grounds for immediate removal.
- No Promotion of Harm
We are here to conquer fear and embrace healthy adventure. We do not permit the promotion of illegal acts, self-harm, or predatory behavior. We lead by example, showing that true power is used to protect and provide, not to destroy.
Our Enforcement Policy
We aren’t here to be the “thought police,” but we are here to protect the environment.
- Warning: For minor infractions, we’ll reach out to discuss the behavior.
- Removal: For repeated violations or severe breaches (bullying, hate speech, or harassment), we reserve the right to remove you from the community and revoke access to our resources without a refund.
The Bottom Line: If your presence doesn’t help the men around you become better, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re here to grow, lead, and support—welcome home.
